My child is not playing with his school mates.

We have such a large number of players in our program (800+) and it is extremely difficult to place all schoolmates together while trying to have a good blend of age groups. While we would like to place all players where and with whom they like, it is impossible. Rather than mixing all players in a division, we attempt to give returning players preferred placement and filling in the teams with moving up players and then new players. The following year when our new players are returning players, they will be redistributed to play with schoolmates if possible.

If we choose not to play, can we have a refund?

At this time of year, BYB tries its hardest to place all players that want to play, however due to lack of field space for one more year, we have to turn some players away. If we have taken the time to place your child and your child chooses not to play, you will receive a partial refund.

My children are in the same Division, but different teams.

Please let us know asap and we will make every effort to move them to the same team.

When will schedules be completed?

Schedules have to be completed after teams are created. While this is a time consuming process, we try to have them done as soon after as possible. We have an outline as to when the season begins and ends, whether we will play the week of Memorial Day or Independence Day and the outline of the end of season tourneys.
