A major milestone expands opportunities and enhances the player experience

BISMARCK, ND — Bismarck Youth Baseball (BYB) is proud to announce that it has officially secured a Little League charter beginning with the 2026 season, marking an exciting new chapter for youth baseball in Bismarck.

The addition of Little League will give BYB players access to the Little League tournament trail, including the opportunity to compete for a spot at the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

“This is an exciting step forward for Bismarck Youth Baseball,” said Andrew Feist, Executive Director of BYB. “Our goal is to provide meaningful opportunities for every player to develop, grow, and compete. Adding Little League strengthens that goal and expands the experiences available to our athletes and families.”

Eric Bartsch, BYB Board President, added “This milestone opens new opportunities for our players to challenge themselves, grow, and experience the excitement of competitive baseball. It’s an important step in the continued growth of BYB, helping players reach their full potential on and off the field.”

With the addition of Little League, BYB now proudly operates multiple national charters — including Cal Ripken, Babe Ruth, American Legion, and Little League — and remains fully committed to the continued success of each program.
