• The Registration Fee for Returning Players will increase from $125 to $175 after February 15th.  This increase reflects the $50.00 late fee.  Any mail-in regisrations recieved on or after the 16th that don't include the late fee will be returned.
  
• Start the registration process by either creating an account or log in using your existing NGIN account.  Detailed information about registration is available on the registration page.  Don't forget to activate your account first by clicking on the activation link in the email you receive.
• The cost for the 2012 season is $125 which includes $25 in pre-paid raffle tickets.  You can sell them or use them to enter the BYB raffle for a chance to win cash prizes.  These will be distributed at uniform distribution / team picture day.
• A charge of $125.00 per registration will appear on your credit card statement.
  This charge will be from either "RegNGIN.Com" or "SPORTS REG".
• Paper registration forms are at the Parks and Recreation office or the Golf Dome.
• Hardship scholarships are available but you will need to mail in your application.  Please include a letter explaining the circumstances and mail it with the application.  All scholarship applications will be reviewed by the Board’s executive committee and will be kept confidential.  We will notify you by phone of the committe's decision.
• Registration for New Players does not guarantee placement on a team.  New players are placed in order of registration until all teams have been filled.

• Refund Policy
  • Refund requests can be made for any reason prior to April 1st
  • After April 1st, refunds will only be given for medical or moving reasons.
  • Refunds of $25 per child will be given to those families who paid more than the maximim $50 per family fundraising fee.
  • All refunds will be processed on June 1st and refund checks will be mailed shortly after that.
